Using premium, locally and regeneratively raised Iron Root Pastures Mangalitsa and Red Wattle cross pork, you'll learn every step of the sausage-making process—from grinding your own meat and blending the perfect Italian seasoning to stuffing natural casings like a pro.

Each participant will create 2 pounds of authentic Italian sausage to take home and enjoy with family and friends. After the work is done, relax around the fire with a warm mug of hot cocoa and marshmallows, making for the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening.

Bottled water is provided throughout the class.
